Antitrust Coalition for Consumer Choice in Health Care, as well as serving in the coalition's leadership.
We produce a weekly newsletter for the Healthcare Leadership Council. We have helped the Associated Builders and Contractors with a media campaign to educate the public about association health plans.
Olive, Edwards, &
Cooper has consulted to the major pharmaceutical trade association on drug reimportation issues in the context of the threat to homeland security.
The firm has played a central role in communications, legislative, oversight, and various regulatory efforts. For example, we were involved in the effort to modernize Medicare with a prescription drug benefit, have worked toward medical liability reform, help to further health information technology adoption, and advance systemic quality improvements that improve quality of care and decrease medical errors.
Health care practice activities have been directed at Congress, the White House, Health and Human Services, the Federal Trade Commission, CMS, other agencies, the news media, and the public.
